6LY Store is a digital storefront selling FiveM scripts and related digital products. We operate from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase from us.

We sell digital products — primarily FiveM scripts (the “Scripts”) — that are delivered electronically after payment. Each Script's page on this site lists its features, requirements, supported frameworks, and licensing scope.

Checkout and payment are owned and operated by Tebex Limited. When you click “Add to cart” followed by checkout, you leave our storefront and complete your purchase under Tebex's own terms and privacy policy. Tebex is responsible for:

• Processing your payment
• Issuing receipts and invoices
• Handling billing disputes, chargebacks, and refund processing
• Delivering the digital files associated with your purchase

Prices on this site are listed in the currency selected on the product page. The currency charged at checkout is determined by Tebex based on your billing location.

Where applicable, the price you pay includes Saudi Arabia's 15% Value Added Tax (VAT)in accordance with the Implementing Regulations of the VAT Law. Tebex calculates, collects, and remits the applicable VAT or sales tax on our behalf and lists it on your receipt. EU customers are billed under Tebex's EU VAT registration; UK customers under their UK VAT registration; KSA customers see 15% VAT applied at checkout.

We comply with Saudi Arabia's E-commerce Law (2019) and its Implementing Regulations of 2020, which govern price transparency, refunds, and customer data handling for online sellers based in the Kingdom.

When you purchase a Script you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on servers you own or operate. Unless an individual Script's product page or its accompanying license file expressly states otherwise, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Script with any third party.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass any escrow / asset-protection mechanism.
• Use the Script in a way that violates FiveM's Terms of Service or applicable law.

Some Scripts ship with an extended or modified license noted on their product page. Where the two conflict, the product-page license governs.

Because the Scripts are digital and downloadable, sales are generally final once a file has been delivered. If a Script does not function as described, contact us first — we will troubleshoot with you and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Tebex.

Tebex's refund process is the source of truth for all monetary refunds. We may approve a refund request; Tebex executes it.

Technical support is provided via our Discord at https://discord.gg/JUyc3rVkDM. Support covers installation, configuration, and bug fixes. It does not cover unrelated modifications, third-party scripts, or services we did not sell you.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Scripts on a server that violates FiveM's ToS or local law.
• Attempt to circumvent FiveM Asset Escrow or any other protection mechanism.
• Share, leak, or re-upload purchased files.
• Abuse our support channels (harassment, spam, repeat fraudulent chargebacks).

We reserve the right to revoke licenses and Discord access for violations.

The Scripts are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost players, lost revenue, lost data, or server downtime — arising out of your use of the Scripts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Script that gave rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-commerce Law of 2019, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent commercial courts of Saudi Arabia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply (e.g. EU consumer rights for EU residents, UK consumer rights for UK residents).
